mathfordummies is my biggest problem. Can any one assist me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?
I understand your situation because I had the same issues when I went to high school. I was very weak in math, especially in mathfordummies and my grades were terrible . I started using Algebrator to help me solve problems as well as with my homework and eventually I started getting A’s in math. I downloaded it recently from https://algebra1help.com/demos/Calculating proportions.html after a magazine recommended it to me. Now, all I do is type in the problem assigned by my teacher and click on Solve. Bingo! I get a step-by-step solution to my math homework. It’s almost like a tutor is teaching it to you. I have been using it for three weeks and so far, haven’t come across any homework that Algebrator can’t solve. I have learnt so much from it!

Algebrator is a very great software and is definitely worth a try. You will also find many interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math more fun .
